On June 19 of each year, the United Nations General Assembly set a World Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence in Armed Conflict, The announcement coincides with a surge in violence due to conflicts in which Iraq has had the largest share, Because of the criminal and savage acts committed by Da’ash, systematically after the occupation of part of the territory of Iraq; his work to tear up society, terrorize him, abduct, rape, sexual slavery and human trafficking, And the consequent displacement of thousands of citizens after leaving their homes to escape to live in camps; despite the simple possibilities and loss of security and safety sources because of the huge number of them and the absence of mechanisms of legal protection for women and children in the camps. In light of the continuous victories achieved by the heroic Iraqi forces to restore the occupied territories by ISIS and liberating them, and save what can be saved from the innocent innocent civilians. The IWJF calls on the Iraqi government to implement the national plan of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 and to assist the survivors of the oppression and displaced persons in the camps, Especially children and women, through the provision of basic needs to ensure and preserve their dignity and promote national reconciliation and the involvement of women away from affiliations and trends partisan, The Forum calls on all media organizations to prepare programs and reports that promote the spirit of citizenship, peaceful coexistence, awareness and education away from the brutal and repulsive ideas that are followed by a ISIS. The IWJF also calls on the international community to help victims of terrorism, especially victims of sexual violence, To provide the necessary technical and material expertise in this field in order to ensure their reintegration into society and to work towards the prosecution of criminals through the International Criminal Court.In conclusion, the Forum congratulates the Iraqi security forces and The popular crowd Forces for their efforts and sacrifices, for the purpose of liberating the city of Mosul and the rescue of innocents of all citizens, hoping that Iraq and the Iraqis will enjoy security, peace and stability.
